Thread/database of annoyances like these would be actually pretty beneficial, as it's often impossible to learn shit like this until you buy the thing. I mean, I think there's an option for multiclient (separate "mixing driver"), but it's so convoluted I never got how it actually works. I don't hate it, it's okay, but headphone out is reeealy quiet. So.thumbs up for rme/roland/yamaha, the rest is naaah or way too expensive. Last month i got a thr10 from yamaha, fantastic practise amp with a built in usb Interface, sounds great and the drivers are stable and you have the possibility to record amps out together with di out. not cheap at all but the best bang for buck definetely. Since i own these i don't think about buffers, latency, driver probs and so on. Works like a charm.įor my desktop and the PC in the rehearsal room i've bought 2 10 or so years old rme multifaces and these are simply the best interfaces i've ever got, high quality converters, lowest latency, great routing possibilities.and W10 support for an 10+ years old unit! crap with shitty drivers, exchanged it with the Us122L.ĪTM using a roland quad capture for eat unit with rock stable driver, completely underrated. great unit, but sadly no driver support since W7Įmu 0404 Usb. but headphone out was way to quiet.Įmu 0404 PCI. Most hatet terratec ews64.bought 2 of them for band recording and had only issues with them.īefore i had an ewx 24/96 this was a reliable unit but sadly an ISA device (i think i still have it, laying around in my cellar, if someone is interested)
